Achievement Unlocker?

I saw this video on Youtube that you can use Achievement unlocker to unlock achievements in Games For Windows Live, I am not going to use it, but will your account get banned if you use it?

You won't get banned. My friend got all the Achievements on Fallout 3 with the unlocker.
