i was just curious if anyone knew of any action/horror games for the PC that are good and you can play online with other people, not head to head, but actually play the game with someone else.
Exanimus is the only thing I cn think of right now. Exanmius is a multiplayer survival/horror online FPS where a small team of humans must survive against a horde of zombies. Players can be either one of the few survivors or a zombie. Sounds like a fun game.
Of course there's the coop mod for Far Cry and Half Life 2 as well. About the horror game question, well I'd like to play Undying or even the Call of Cthulu in coop.
There are some pretty awesome zombie mods out there for Half-Life (and probably Half-Life 2) that are worth playing. You should also check out the Alien Swarm mod for UT2004. Other than that, check out this list: http://www.mobygames.com/browse/games/windows/tic,52/ti,619/full,11/
Thank you for the response. I'm aware of the game that isn't out yet. But thank you. I was kind of hoping for something that is already out. Although from everything that I have read about Left For Dead its suppose to be super great! So that is very exciting! Oh and by the way I'm a girl. Anyways thank you for the imput! :)

I have always been more ofa console girl but there isn't a whole lot of games for consoles that I haven't already played. So I'm just trying to give myself some variety. Thank you again!!
Clive Barkers Jericho is coming this fall/winter which looks creepy as all hell, but not sure what the deal is with multiplayer. Also,Keep your eye out for Alone in the Dark as well, which is coming this fall. It single player though.

mismajor99, you have no idea how excited I am about Jericho!!! I want to play that game so bad!!! I played Alone in the dark for the PS1 and I absolutely hated it. It was soooo terrible!! I have no intentions of playing any other ones and definately do NOT reccomend it. But thank you for the input anyways!!! :)
One of my favorite horror/adventure game is "Call Of Cthulhu", if that's what you're looking for, unfortunately it's no co-op. Aside from Half-Life zombie mod which is fun, I'm keeping my eye in Jericho and Lef4dead.
