Hey guys, Im looking for some advice on my next speakers purchase. Right now im stuck deciding between the KRK Rokit 5, the audio engine 2/5 and the M Audio AV 40. The audio engine 2 and the av40 both cost about $150 while the Rokit5 and the audio engine 5 are both about $300. I would like the best bang for buck speakers, so between thse speakers which would you suggest?

Like usual I'll recommend Swan as they have some great price/performance.

The Swan M200MkII and the Swan H2 is only $309 (Combo)

--or--

you can get a B-stock (open box) M200MkII for only $250

M200MkII

There are also options in the $150-$180 price range.

If you can get the A2's for around $150, that'd be a great deal.

KRK makes awesome monitors; if you can get them at a good price you won't be disappointed. To be honest, you'll probably be happy with any of the speakers you've listed; they all review very well in their price range.

Good luck!
