oh dang, you wanted details with that? ok, ummm well first experience was from school actually, we had computers class, and we had the chance to assemble a whole pc, good times, albeit it was all supervised, (and graded lol!), but yeah that was my first foray, it was a p3, and some cheap ddr1 ram, and like a 20 GB hard disk, on a crummy 15 in "fat" panel lol. The graphics card was like a geforce 4 mx or something like that, nothing worth mentioning. Well, its 2-3 years from that time, and I got me an x6800, 2x 500gig hdd, 2 gigs corsair domz, evga 680i mobo and sli'ed evga 8800gtx ko acs3.

I built my 1st PC in summer of 2005, and I was 16 then. I'm 18 now. I remember doing everything correctly, but when I powered the PC on nothing happened. It turns out the PSU was faulty, so I bought a better PSU and everything worked fine after I installed it. The specifications for it were an ATI 9800 Pro 256MB, 1GB DDR400 and an AMD Athlon 64 2800+. I used the HDD and CD-ROM/DVD-ROM drive from my old HP Pavilion.

I was like 12 when I first started taking them apart, and things like that. I built my own one when I was 14, and now I'm on my like 6th box :) O, and I built a laptop as well.

I built my first PC when I was 16. It was a Pentium II 333MHz with 64MB of RAM and an 8MB video card. It was almost the fastest PC you could buy back in Feb '98. I still have it, though it's been upgraded probably around ten times.
