[QUOTE="shadowfran101"]I have tried the 'new improved' version, My friend owns it. Although i dont think its great enough to pay monthly for. Im happy with my free games ;) Although must congratulate them, if it wasn't for monthly subscription i would be buying it a.s.a.p. johnny27the game is like 5 dollars brand new on amazon(the collectors edition might actually be cheaper) i bought my copy for only 3$ u get one month free so its not exactly a bad deal.
500 hours on TF2, you must be a very good TF2 player bud! Ive spent about 300 hours on the pc/360 versions (plus the beta for the pc version).
Oh cool, Thanks for telling me. Might buy it then with my spare cash, Looking forward to playing this awesome game again. Oh and like the other person said, 504 hours on TF2? O_Oshadowfran101
Might see ya on there sometime bud hehe. And the TF2 hours dude has put in is very impressive!! Not surprising though as TF2 is just unlimited fun with friends imo. :P
[QUOTE="RK-Mara"]I don't care about bugs or performance, does it actually have content now?Papitar
This.
There were SO many levels without quests on release it was ridiculus.
Thats the one thing im worrying about. When i played i got to like level 40 or something and didnt have issues with a lack of quests. But alot of my friends said once they got to level 60 or 70 there wasnt much quests to do. Wonder if they have made more missions for higher levels! They said they where going to.
well theirs more raid wing 3 is open a new 6 man intance witch is pretty hard and takes at least 4 hours to finish if you got a good group. and more loot! theirs pvp xp and pvp gear
This. IMO the improvements Funcom has made to the game is phenomenal. New quests, new outdoor region, new dungeons, improved pvp etc. etc. I suggest giving the game a whirl if you have even the slightest interest in playing it.theres a lot more quests added so no more grinding and theirs a new whole lvling zone

TF2 is win. I too might buy this game if not for subscription fees, when games like TF2 provide regular fun for freeI would play this game if it didn't take up 32GB of space. That's just way to much I mean they couldn't even do alittle bet of optimizing?
Supposeidly they added alot of content from 55-70. But who knows, i had three level 80's in the first couple months. I dont think i would ever go back.

But a bigger HD bud. 250g or even 500g HD's are cheap as dirt. I even think the 150g WD Raptor drives are cheap now too, but i could be wrong about that.
ya bs. Wow on my computer takes up only 10 gigs.its an mmo lol thatswhy its 32 gb. every mmo is like this......

I tried to download the 14 day trial on Fileplanet. Let's just say it took 4 days to get 7gb and then it suddenly said "cannot contact server." I don't feel like starting over... again.
AoC was an awesome game, just got burned out after maxing 3 chars after a few months. The lack of content wasn't much of an issue after I played WoW at launch and pretty much just grinded to 60.
I might give AoC another go, but I just don't know if I want to get back into any MMO for another couple years.
Downloaded the trial two days ago and it's been pretty fun, the combat system is cool. My only concern would be the populations. Can any current AoC subscribers give any input? Is the game decently populated, or is it kind of hard to find a group or find pvp at times?
Really i've only ever played Wow and WAR Lord Of The Rings Online and none of them took 32 GB of space. None of them even came close.. So either i'm playing the wrong Mmorpg or the one's you are playing are on crack.its an mmo lol thatswhy its 32 gb. every mmo is like this......

the game was fun ,the reason i quit was that after a patch it run at 8-9 fps:P.When i upgrade i'll start again. And at the guy that complains about the 32 gb,well he should buy a new hard drive.times change. And well you cant really compare the character and envinroment detail of wow with that of aoc, that's why wow takes up 10 gb and aoc 32
Changing my Hard drive right now is to much work, I have alot of stuff on this one that I want to keep and I mean alot of stuff i'm not going out to buy a new hard drive for one game. 32 GB is the most I have ever seen and to me it seems a little bet to much.the game was fun ,the reason i quit was that after a patch it run at 8-9 fps:P.When i upgrade i'll start again. And at the guy that complains about the 32 gb,well he should buy a new hard drive.times change. And well you cant really compare the character and envinroment detail of wow with that of aoc, that's why wow takes up 10 gb and aoc 32

I started myself not even 5 days ago. Lots of quests, and population is great. PvP going on everywhere (im in a pvp server) and performance is much better too. I can run on High default easy when before medium gave problems sometimes.I just resubscribed myself. It has made a full 180 turn around.
