Iv'e heard Age of Conan's system requirements are pretty high.

I really want the game but i'm not sure if my computer will run it well, it's about 3 years old now.

It's got 1 gig ram, Intel 4 processor (3Ghz) and it's graphics card is somehting like a Radeon 9200.

Can i have someone who's got the game say if they think it's worth me getting the game with my systems specs as i'm not too sure if will run well.

Thanks.

Looks like i need a new video card!

If i don't have a good enough video card, would it still run, but just not as well or fast?

Or would it just not completley work at all?

If you are going to spend 50 dollars on age of conan plus asubscriptionfee there is no reason to not spend 150 dollars on a up to date video card that would run it basically maxed out. I say don't buy it unless you are willing to invest in a upgrade. which you really should given how cheap great video cards are right now.

There isn't even a point in upgrading that PC. You'll buy a new graphic card and the ram will hold you down, you'll buy more ram and the processor will hold you down. And that's as far as you can go. If you wanted to upgrade your processor, you'll have to get a new motherboard too and then everything will have to new.

Surely my computer aint that bad!

It ran WoW perfectly and then i bought LOTR Online, that worked but it was pretty slow and the graphics werent the best i wanted to be

But to be honest i dont care about graphics too much, i worry about the gameplay, if that runs smoothly then i dont have a problem!

WoW's requirements are really low because the game isn't that great visually. Conan requires more than WoW to run smoothly. I am sorry but your computer is not enough to run Age of Conan properly, if at all.

Specifics on the parts.

I would have suggested a new build because judging from the video card in your OP, you're running on an old board that wont support a dualcore(a must nowadays for games) and probably lacking PCI-E(another must).

I would check and see if you have a PCI-E slot, because I highly suspect your old Radeon 9200 was an AGP card.

PCI slot is quite different from PCI-E. And even if you get a new graphics card, rest of your system will still keep you down.

It will but not by a lot. You really should have gotten a 512 mb card.
