age of empries online changes hands.. robots replaced with gas

as the title implies we have a new developer for age of empires online. specifically gas powered games (dungeon seige II, supremme commander 1)

the origional developer robot was deemed insufficiant and far to slow for microsoft games tastes.. as a result its now under their command.. i now fully confident this game will sell at LEAST moderately well. nothing gas pwoered has ever done has been a total flop imho... everything has had a redeeming quality.

Any idea if this game will be more like AoE3, the older ones, or neither?

I don't like the cartoony graphics, too colorful .... MY EYES!!!, but hopefully the gameplay is good.

1) it will be similar to Warcraft III as opposed to tradition age of empires games

2) thats a screenshot from AoE1.. i imagine so hahaha

Huh. I guess this explains why the Kings and Castle game went on hold.
