Yup,

So Ive been a Radeon 9550 owner for 3-4 years now and its served me well. But thankfully, it's time to upgrade when I found out World In Conflict wont run on my rig! AGP 4X/8X is preferred but any suggestions will be taken. Im also on a budget so cards that can diliver and last that are low on cash are great!

Thanks,

The HD2600XT is probably the best reasonably-priced card you can get for a reasonable price.

Sort of depends on the rest of your rig and what resolution you want to play at, but I'd estimate medium details or so.

Yeah the HD 2600 AGP should serve you well, too bad they don't make the X1950pro AGP anymore. What kind of processor do you have and how much RAM installed?
