Alienware Question???????

What do you guys think of the product? I'm thinking of buying one. Is it good? Anyone know the difference of Aurora Alx & Aurora in terms of casing?

I think they're way over priced :P... only thing I would get from them is a laptop. As far as desktops go Ill build my own. If you dont know how to build your own you should check out cyberpowerpc.com or ibuypower.com even tho they charge more then building it yourself they are still cheaper then alienware :). If you got the cash to drop tho and dont mind doing so then go for the alienware. Its really all about what makes you happy and my opinion shouldnt matter much:).

bought my rig off cyberpower good site. alienware is a glorfied badge. also if u looking at spending big money digital storm is suppose to rock as well.

Ill go ahead and throw a shout-out for ibuypower.com, seriously you should check them out, that is where I got my latest comp. I was going to build my own, but ibuypower was actually CHEAPER than buying the same parts off newegg! Of course at the time that had something like, free shipping + 5% off the total, but they are almost always doing those kind of deals, just keep your eyes open.

P.S. I am going to say alienware sucks and avoid them like the plague....absolutely no reason to throw your money away like that.

My friend got gifted an alienware, I wouldnt say no to it.

Anyway if you got the money, and dont want to build your own and like alienwares designs there sure why not.

I think they are overpriced and i can't really say how well they are built but the proce mostly comes from the look.

i will iv never lost in building a pc for better performances then cyberpower / ibuypower / avadirect / any pre-build company ;) building ur own alway remain cheaper specially if you wish to obtain high gaming performances : iv never seen a pre-build beat a own build part by part i defy you to look for one if you don't trust it ;)
