Yeah true, but this game didn't take 12 years to make.... it just kept on getting canceled with all the versions, lol...Im excited, but this game BETTER have LAN/Online CO-OP, it would really suffer if it didn't have it, and Honestly I do not see how it would be any harder to implement it into a game that is over 12 years in the making!!!!

lol I realize, but 12 years in the waiting, and doesn't come with LAN/Online Co-op, that is really going to hurt it.
According to the developers it took so long because everytime a new game came out with a new mechanic, the dev team wanted to implement their own version in Duke. That being said, Duke Nukem should have every feature from every 1st person shooter since inception. And now that 1st person shooters are combining both 1st and 3rd person views to suit the tastes of different individuals, as seen in Firefall, it would seem silly for them not to incorporate that feature as well. The game has spent a long time in development, and reasons for delay have been announced by the devs, therefore there is no room for error.JKnaperekYeah true...EVERY FEATURE OUT THERE.... It will come with 5D instead of 3D....hahahahhaa
Yes, co-op would be great! :)Im excited, but this game BETTER have LAN/Online CO-OP, it would really suffer if it didn't have it, and Honestly I do not see how it would be any harder to implement it into a game that is over 12 years in the making!!!!

For experienced guys like me (read: old - 32 years), just cause we remember the good old days of Duke 3D.... And for new gamers, just because it's a LEGEND in the MAKING !!!I doubt it'll sell that much but for us oldies who loved Duke Nukem 3D, this is good news and personally the gameplay so far looks fun.

I was 11 when Duke Nukem 3d on pc came out, Oh I loved it, it was the first actual first person shooter than I really played, then I played Doom, Shadow Warrior, Blood, and Turok as the starting ones.
Duke will always hold a special place in my heart,
I am a musician as well, guitar is my main instrument, and Duke Nukem for 90% of its game franchise has excellent guitar grooving music, I love it, Duke 64 and Zero Hour definitely come to mind on this.
I don't know about pre-ordering, for I very seldom do something like that. (but if it comes with something worth while like maybe IDK a soundtrack :) then oh yeah I will pre-order)
I still have my CD copy of Duke Nukem 3D! I'm looking forward to having it side by side with DNF.
HAIL TO THE KING BABY!

Can't believe u still have the original....awesome !!!
It doesn't have to.... We are all just happy it's coming and it's Duke...This games gonna be another case of the gamer nostalgia gone wrong. It'll come out, people will **** because it's just not the same as the old Duke. This game will never live up to its predecessor.

This game will outsell the Halo franchise based on its name alone that is known to all gamers on this planet. :)
And if it gets a 8, or hopefully a 9.. ? Oh boy.. it will become a world wide phenomenon.
im really hoping this game doesnt have "balls of fail" :) god it looks awesome same VA and everything

Im deffinitly getting this game even if it sucks, Im going to get it out of principle.
When the game is actually on the shelves is when I get excited. Till than I will continue to expect it to get cancelled again like it has so many times beforetestfactor888True, but this is the FIRST time we have actually seen normal gamers play a demo of it I believe.....so I think it's gonna happen...
