[QUOTE="chikenfriedrice"][QUOTE="Nibroc420"][QUOTE="rik666"] [QUOTE="Nibroc420"] First off, wrong forum, this has nothing to do with your pc's hardware. So this should be in PC games.
Second, you're on a forum. If you post something that has zero relevence to the forum you're in and it's a stupid question "Should I brush my teeth now? or have a glass of water first?" expect responses like that.
Honestly, it doesn't matter, Crysis looks beautiful on Medium or high, and it's got excelent gameplay. If you're spending money just so you can see something beautiful, go take a trip somewhere.

He is not in the wrong forum, his question regards graphics cards.
I don't think anyone cares......set it higher and see how it runs....what do you expect it to do? Say abracadabra, you're on High settings now?Demonsoul98
If you don't care, don't tell us.
Because otherwise forums wouldn't exsist, this is a retarded response
Sigh, this thread again.. ok, i'll explain, even though i already did, and so i'd be repeating myself. Read the posts before complaining, you'd understand.
Ok, He says "I've got X gfx card, and X ram. then some giant paragraph blah blah blah, "Do I dare play this game on High?"
As i've said, asking if you youself dare to do something is like you asking me if you're hungry. No-one can accually know but you. Then i proceeded to give him a legitimate response, you can go find it if you want, it's on page 2.
And don't complain, every forum has some idiot, running around telling people they dont care. There's also those people on forums that post huge paragraphs or stories, simply with "Discuss" at the end. Get over it, it's the internet, people do what they like. But if you're gonna write some huge paragraph with little to no question at the end, a bit of advice, if it's about monkeys, write it in the monkeys forums, not the elephants forum. Just because it's got the monkey riding an elephant, doesn't make the story about an elephant, it's still about a monkey.
not you again....your paragraph is a lot bigger than mine was and it was a simple question because with the grpahics card and ram I have I was wondering if medium was as high as I could get with out problems...what's the prob with that
You didn't ask that. You basically told us what you had in your computer, and asked if you dared to do something...
Example.
I've got an xfx 8800gts, So i went out and bought transformers, Do i dare play as the decepticons instead of the autobots?
Answer : your choice, no-one cares the gameplay's the same anyways.
the gameplay is different on medium compared to high...on high ( which I changed the settings too ) trees are falling and foliage moves as you walk through it and effects are better thus improving the gameplay and that was basically what I was asking if I should try it on high because this was my 1st time installing RAM and a Video card myself and was looking for feedback...like I said before if someone does not have anything constructive to say or does not care about the topic then do not post in the thread
