I have the full sized P67 version of that motherboard, its not a bad board, it's little light on "extreme" features,
but when I bought mine, it was £77 for a MB with 4 Dimm slots, that could overclock and supported SLI/Crossfire, bargain in my opinion
and it all depends on what you are aiming for in a machine
I don't see anything wrong with it. What are you trying to do? Are you just making a machine to make a machine or are you going to get involved with heavy overclocking, sli/crossfire etc etc? xXDrPainXxI plan on overclocking an i5-2500k sometime later...... and using 1600 fsb ram. Can it handle it or should i just get a gd65?

DiwashbI plan on overclocking an i5-2500k sometime later...... and using 1600 fsb ram. Can it handle it or should i just get a gd65? Probably be alright. They even list it in their specs so I wouldn't see any wrong in getting it unless majority of the reviews are pretty negative but I haven't looked at any on the web.
not all all. with motherboards all you pay for are features. none of them will perform any better than the other due to build quality (to any noticeable extent). if all you will ever need is 3 usb slots, dont buy a board with 10, because even though it may have "zomg super awesome gaming board" on the packaging, you are getting nothing more for your money. assuming you dont want to sli or try overclocking to an extreme amount it will be perfect. i run my 2500k at 4.6 on a cheap gigabyte z68 ds3. i shouldve gone cheaper really because i dont need the sli. just make sure it has the features you want. find out what chipset you want (google z68 p67 h61 etc differences), and then get a motherboard which is capable of all the features you need. (sata 3, pci e slot/ram amount and max speed, what cpu it supports etc) this wont come to more than £75 or so.This is the one i am getting

A quality 8 phase vrm is not some pointless extra feature that he'll never use, it's basically what makes a good and reliable overclocking motherboard. Yes he could still overclock the 2500K past 4GHz on a cheaper board, but that doesn't make it a better choice IMHO.
I wouldn't recommend getting a Micro ATX motherboard simply due to the size. I purchased one before and had problems with a full sized graphics card covering other important slots (like SATA Ports) .... Do yourself a favour and spend a few extra bucks on a full size board.
I just want to be able to overclock an 15-2500k maybe to 4.5 ghz not more than that strictly...... Do you think it will hold? The board looks extremely cheap as compared to a z68a-gd65 ........I have the full sized P67 version of that motherboard, its not a bad board, it's little light on "extreme" features,
