After considering going for a P45 Motherboard and a Q9400. [ Still haven't bought them ] Im thinking of buying a Phenom II 920 instead seeing as its about the same performance and a Am2+ Socket would allow me to get a AM3 in the future. So what im wondering is:

What's a motherboard of equal or higher performance to an P45 at the price range of 70-80$.

This is the part that i find interesting, what are the good cheap motherboards for Phenom II? You can get a rock solid good OCing P45 for $100. Also the Q9550 is cheap now and i don't think you can even find the Q9400 anymore.

its not a good board at all you gotta raise your budget to atleast $100 to get a good board, and for a phenom 2 and any am2 board avoid nvidia chipsets their cheap but they are horrible overclocking boards

heres a good board not the best but its near the top http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813131331

Just do what I did and read some reviews, then just go from there. I like the feedback system on Newegg.com it's pretty much to the point when it comes to user reviews.

Do any of the ones on here sound good? http://microcenter.com/search/search_results.phtml?sortby=pricelow&web_group=byopc_sysboards&category=HB1&subcategory=HB1D Because really i have no idea where to start. And for the above only the one's up to the 85$ one.
