amd trinity will stun you.. quad core for record breaking tdp

trinity i coming may 15th according to connections x-bit labs has over @ amd. whats even crazier is that the tdp for some of its quad cores will be 17. you read that correctly a tdp of 17w thats lower than some sticks of ram XD

NOW this does have a catch to it. may 15th is the release date for the MOBILE trinity apu's not the desktop ones. we have no idea when that will be yet. but thats one heck of a start and at 12hours battery life for the mid range models. somebody is gonna get seriosuly hung out to dry in the mobile market.

Clearly they just gave up on the new revision on bulldozer and are just going straight for piledriver. Hopefully this will make the desktop variant competitive with the core I's on every level.
