I've gone back and forth through the years on what platform I play the most and right now it is my PS3 purely b/c of some exclusives I've been wanting to try out. But if a game is multi-platform I'll usually choose the PC b/c of high res picture and superior controls (mouse/keyboard). Also, to be able to mod and customize PC games makes consoles seem like childs play.

Doesn't matter. I don't see those people saying PC gaming is Dead in certain countries, they mean as a whole.

It comes down to the country. That is massive though. Asian and Europeancountries still are more popular for PC gaming, especially still having Starcraft tournaments (and look how old that games is)
Myself, our Lan parties at the moment have now diminished to just 3x people :(

PC gaming is not dead and will never die. People just forget that consoles arent dominant in the whole world, like they are in countries like Japan, the US and the UK.

It's not in Switzerland, mate. It's in Sweden. Where PC-gaming is big also, however.
