ANNO 2070...Has anyone played this yet?

ANNO 2070 came out yesterday and Metacritic has it currently at 90% but that is with only 4 reviews.

Has anyone played it? What's it like it looks VERY interesting, thanks!

It's not the always on DRM, don't worry.

Started playing before and love it so far. It's safe to say that anyone who liked Anno 1404 will likely enjoy it.

It's either ubi's online activation stuff or Tages with only 3 activations. That's bad enough.
I think I'll pass on this one eventhough 1404 is one of my favorite games of all time.

i have it on my steam wishlist and waiting for a decent price drop. i have a question though, can you please explain the DRM with as much detail as you can? i understand ubisoft is involved and they're one of the worse DRM creators in the gaming industry, so it would really help my future purchase if you can give me details on the DRM. im hoping its not intrusive or anything.

The game is activated with a serial key via UPlay and is then bound to your account. The Ubisoft Game Launcher is installed for news and status updates, but you can play the game offline altough you miss out the multiplayer features.

I liked the demo but not buying the full version unless I know for sure the full version has save anywhere.

Wow, I have never even heard of this game. Better go check it out.
