another empire tw complaint

I've gotten halfway thru the independance campaign and am now getting kicked off every 5th turn. Is there some reason microsoft can't tell you in plain english what the problem is; only a game developer would understand the error language. I have version 1.2 is there a newer update and how do I get it. Thanks.

the only problem I have is with low framerates even at lowest settings, and my rig is way well enought to run it near med-high at 1600x1050.

Sometimes people just get lucky I suppose.

I've got about 20 cutting edge titles now installed on my 4 month old computer - and only one game is crashing on me: Fallout 3. And I mean it's the only one that's doing it. Some guy at the Bethesda forum said he'd never experienced a crash to desktop while playing Fallout 3. For me, that's difficult to believe. The thing is, I didn't call him a liar. And honestly there was no need for you to call this guy here a liar either.
