I'm confused, did he take resources from another of Activision's games and use those in his mod? If that's the case I understand why they're shutting it down. If it's all original content and they took it down because barely infringed on the idea of something in their pipes then wow.

its a WoW reskin done (more than likely) with the half hearted source code from a WoW illicit private server and some kids dark fantasies.. this mod is a joke.. not a real addition.. im sorry but in the long line of famous mods.. this wont be one of em.

titan refers to many things in starcraft
so yeah im leaving it at that..
warcraft has little bearing on it and so does diablo.. there you have it its starcraft

It's still a nice mod. Shows what the Starcraft 2 editor can do. (Mind you, one of the reasons why I bought Starcraft 2 was because there'd be great custom maps and mods like they did with Warcraft 3)
well hes going to lose the legal fight.. blizzard activision has literally a mod of lawyers at there disposal.
hes going to get shut down.
though its impressive its uninspiring and is based on an illicit system.. hes the first person to get busted for hosting a private WoW server (at least visibily apparent bust) and he wasnt even servicing it for that purpose.

Reading a link someone posted here about the stuff the guy who made this mod is being hired by Riot Games, the creators of League of Legends. Good to know that at least other companies take modders into consideration.
Remember when you were telling off Valve for OMG STEALING DA DOTA Blizzard? At least Valve doesn't have ten million employees sending cease and desist letters.
I don't even care if this is bad or good. The fact that it's just _there_ makes it full of win and is a perfect example of the flexibility the PC allows.
