Another Sims (2) ?

I had a Sims 2 CD for my computer. I used to play it all day long.. and yeah, it ain't working now because of me continuously playing it. So my birthday's coming up soon.. and my dad will get me an original CD.

Should I get Sims 2again? I really need it..

Or should I get another Sims CD? If yes then which one? (I don't need an expension pack CD)

Please help me.. I need any Sims CD, not an expension pack cd, or just Sims 2 again..

Your post is very confusing

Are you asking if you should get, The Sims 2 Original or The Sims 2 Deluxe Edition?

If you're CD is not working you can get a No-Cd patch. This alows you to play Sims without the CD.
