OK before you post a reply, do not suggest cooler-master stacker... I hate that case except the stacker 830, I love that case but its too expensive.

The Antec 900 seems good but I have only one fear, The power-supply would be upside down and at the bottom of the case, wouldn't that cause negative pressure on the PSU and cause it to fry? If I can overcome that thoght I will buy this case hands down seeing that I want a better case anyway.

Though I saw a case today that blew me away, it was like the perfect case I have been waiting for.

I am very self conscience about cases because its meant to protect the overly priced garbage I buy so any thoughts?

probably the best case in that price range...and the PSU will be fine.

I personally would get the thermaltake armor jr...just cause i like to be different and not that many people have it

This rebranded LIAN-LI case is on clearance at Best Buys nationwide. Prices vary from $50 to $75, a great deal on this case if you can find one. If you can't, BestBuy.com has it for $120.

I own the Cooler Master 690. It is a awsome case. Has alot of room to work with inside. The build quality is awsome, and the fan options are excellent imo.

Also with some modding, and talking small easy stuff, you can make insane airflow. I have 9 120mm fans running in mine. I love it, and I wouldnt trade it for the antec 900 for anything.

Another bonus is that there is like 5 spots to put in 140mm fans. Those 140mm fans put out ALOT of airflow and make less noise doing it.

The Antec 900 and CM 690 are a couple of the best cases on the market. You cant go wrong with either one.

Note: Theres nothing wrong with the PSU being on the bottom and upside down. There are plenty of cases with that a arrangement.

hmmm I might just buy the antec after all, I forgot to mention that I have a coolermaster gemin 2 and I want as much cold air as possible to get to both fans as my goal is to reach 4ghz stable. Currently I am able to get to 4ghz but its highly unstable in games because of heat. I will be buying 90 cfm fans for both sides of the cooler master gemin 2.

ohhow does this 8800GT heatsink stack up? http://www.evga.com/products/moreInfo.asp?pn=202-F2-EV03-A1

I saw this post right away i was coming in to say "get the cooler master 690" bascially to save money and it gives a neater finish inside with its built in wire management, and its like 30 dollars cheaper (atleast where i shop) however the antec 900 is a super good case if you buy it you made a good choice as well

But maybe he wants it to sound like it's taking off, lol. But seriously he was saying for maximum flow you should fill them all. It's not necessary but with OCing it wouldn't hurt.

I've used several Cooler Master Centurions (different models = CAC 5, 531, 534), although I looked long and hard at the 900. If you water-cool, it will be great for that. If you overclock a great deal, but want to stick with air cooling, it is tremendous for that. With every fan mount populated, even if they are 120 mms, you'll have to replace some that come with it with quieter fans, such as Panaflows, else the noise will surely get overpowering.

As someone else noted, CM's 690 is also a real gem to consider.

The 900's power supply location is no problem for its own heat or for the rest of the system, save for one thing, and this is true for many cases with the PSUs in the bottom: the cables from the PSU have to be extra long, particularly the main power plug (24 pin).

It is loud, but not uncomfortably so. That's why god gave us a volume knob on our speakers/headsets... :P

my friend got his antec 900 on www.slickdeals.net for $50. also the PSU is better on the bottom because heat rises so it would stay cool.

I really dont care for noise as long as its not higer then 35dba. I have 12 inch base speakers and 2 surround home thitre speakers so I would never hear the case fans even if the sound is on low. The pc is hooked directly up to my stereo.
