Antec Earthwatts?

Okay, I just ordered a new PSU yesterday, a 500W Antec Earthwatts. Thought it was a pretty decent deal for $50 and free shipping. I just want to make sure that:

A. Is this is a good power supply? and

B. Will it be enough to power my system? I don't see why it wouldn't be, but, specs are:

CPU: C2D E6300 @2.8GHz

GPU: Diamond 3870

RAM: 2GB Crucial 10th Annv. DDR2 667 (@800)

HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB

Yeah the Earthwatts is good. I've used 2 the older one was +17Amps on 2 rails. The newer one has +22Amps on 2 rails.
