Hang on, wasn't that (indirectly) the entire reason you wanted women's voices in your videos?

You said yourself that you wanted women to help you because gaming videos with female voices get more views than male ones. The reason for that is that horny teenage male nerds will watch/listen to anything that involves girls. Sex sells.

So...I don't know - it doesn't strike me as being a 'simple gesture toward diversity'. At the most innocent level, you seem to be seeking to use that diversity as a marketing tool.
