Any good city building games come out recently?

Didn't see a recommendation thread so I'm asking.

Only one that comes to mind at the moment is Dawn of Discovery. It has been a slow few years IMO for city building games. Last greatest city building game that I remember playing was Sim City 4(Not to say that Dawn of Discovery is bad, it's just different from what could be considered a real city building game).

My favorite is Tropico 3. I think it came out last year. Its pretty cheap if you find it on sale too.

Also a bit different but you might want to check out Elemental and Civilization5 also.
