Your english is pretty good :) Anyway... I recommend the original Counter Strike from Steam (commonly known as CS 1.6), also Return To Castle Wolfenstein, Warcraft 3, KoTOR...
GTA is not a "war" game ;) atleast not when i checked the last time. Anyway... Morrowind (or older elder scrolls games. cant say much about shooter games... Counter Strike, Quake 3 live

You can try RPGs like:
Baldur's Gate serie
IceWind Dale Serie
Neverwinter Night serie
Gothic serie (1-3)
But they are not open world either. Anyway... The suggestion he said are good. Some of the best / better rpg's around and they can run on old hardware.

Fallout 2 and X-Com are my favourites from old games that i still like to play. Soldat is also good little multiplayer that basicly runs on any pile of turd.

Whatever runs fine on my netbook should run okay on your PC. Anyway, those specs look similar to my old 2003 laptop.

Quake 2 (framerates almost always remain above 60 fps all the time)
Red Alert 2
Dungeon Keeper 2

Close Combat 2: A Bridge Too Far

Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption (it ran very on my 2003 laptop).
The problem with your preferences is that open world and FPS games are some of the most resource hungry genres out there. Have you thought about trying something different? Turn-based strategies and point-and-click adventure games are not as dependent on the video card (which seems to be the weakest part of your setup) and can look quite impressive even on older hardware. Here's some of the unmentioned classics you may want to try: Adventure games: Three seasons of Sam & Max (by Telltale Games) Broken Sword: Shadow of the Templars (Director's Cut) The Longest Journey Dreamfall: The Longest Journey (TLJ2) Syberia I,II Strategies: Galactic Civilizations II (with addons) Civilization IV Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War Command & Conquer: Generals Rise of Nations RPGs: Fallout II Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic I,II Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines (probably) Action games/ARPGs: MechWarrior 4 (with addons) Sid Meier's Pirates! (2004) Diablo II Titan Quest Other: OpenTTD Plants Vs Zombies

If your computer has a PCIe slot, then you could install a discrete video card and disable the integrated graphics, but you would have to make sure the power suppply can handle the wattage used at full load.

Looks similar to the specs of my old HP laptop.

Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption (worked with XP. Not sure about later Windows versions)
