Any good new PC sims?

I havn't played a good PC sim for a long time. Not that there aren't any (I don't know). However, I am interested in checking out one of those sims that lets to put together a theme park, hospital, zoo, etc... and has you adjust prices of things and all that. I remember playing those back in the day, and having a ton of fun... but I'm not sure if they even make them anymore.

That's why I jumped over here, hoping someone can educate me on the current state of the genre.

I really wouldn't if I was you. It won't stack up to rollercoaster tycoon or zoo tycoon. Railroads was a litte simplistic too
