Any good sci-fi games?

Im getting bored with medieval looking games(except the witcher). My passion is sci-fi. Are there any good RPGs,FPS,adventures in that area?

Recently i finished playing Deus Ex: Invisible War. It war really cool, the storyline was great and you had many choices to make.Also i have finished System Shock 2, KOTOR.

DOOM 3, Quake IV for FPS. I assume you've played the Half-life series. If not, alot of sci-fi there.

RPG: you could go way back an play Fallout in preparation for Fallout 3.

You could take a look at LucasArts' The Dig. Nice old school sci-fi adventure game. (must be played with a walkthrough, otherwise prepare for extreme frustration)

There is of course Half Life/2, if for some insane reason you have yet to play them, do check 'em out. (very slickly scripted FPSs)

Portal is a fairly fun game as well.

Ah! The Chronicles of Riddick was pretty cool.
