What are your predictions for the games in the sale?

I hope there is a sale on FarCry, World in Conflict and the heroes pack, I really want FarCry 1, the complete edition of WiC and Heroes of Might And Magic V (It's probably going to be cheaper to get the whole pack than picking up the games individually).
Good, Ubisoft and pc gaming... choose 2. If your on pc playing Ubisoft games your doing it wrong their ports are god awful.

This is not true for every Ubisoft game. Assassins creed plays well on the PC and even looks better than the console versions. Both far crys were good and splinter cell games are fun too.
What exactly is it that makes them ports?

the splinter cell games were pretty bad ports TBH, riddled with bugs

Well AC 2 has terrible keyboard controls, and does not even support a controller without some modding. How are the games NOT ports? The gameplay is structured around a controller
Only played AC1 on the pc and the kb/m felt sloppy at best with poor performance. Farcry is inarguable especially as a PC exclusive but FC2 was an absolute mess. Splinter Cell and AC should be played with a controller imho unless you enjoy challenging yourself by making the game hard to play as opposed to making the game actually difficult.timma25AC2 and Brotherhood fair pretty well on the PC. I havent played AC1 much on PC because I had already beaten it on consoles. How was Far Cry 2 a mess? That game was really well optimized and felt better on the kb/m than it did on a controller. I didnt like all the driving in Far Cry 2, but it certainly wasnt a mess. And how is Splinter Cell more challenging while using a Kb/m? I find that it is actually easier,

I find that it is actually easier, I mean as a game not as a port, remember you get two choices.
