Any Online hack and slash games?

So I wanted to play Vindictus, which is free, but it appears that game has region block on some countries, including one where I live. It was coop based hack and slash game. So...is there any other alternatives?I mean:

1)is hack and slash genre

2)free to play

3)possible to do sth with friends togheter

Phantasy Star Online has this type of gameplay, but you will need to get into a fan made server. Also there is PSO2, but it has not released outside of Japan yet...
