Just something that's not complicated or too challenging, is to play with my gf.
And not a click RPG. I mean games like GW 2, WoW, etc. ( Idk the correct term for that gameplay style )

If anyone can tell what you are looking for from this confusing post I will be shocked. You are looking for an easy MMO to play with your girlfriend, I get that much.....but you don't want anything like GW2 or WoW? Because you just excluded every MMO in existence with those two examples. Actually the way you worded it I can't even tell if you want games like WoW and GW2 or not.
Either way, all MMO's have some level of complexity to them, is your girlfriend a gamer at all?

i know... it sounds weird but she just doesn't like those type of MMP RPG's that are played that way.. surprisingly she liked Grand Chase but she got bored of it.

The Secret World?
No idea what you mean by "not a click RPG" though.
For a casual mmo, Guild Wars 2 really is the best choice. There is not much of a gear treadmill, so no worrying about being undergeared every 3 months. But since you already mentioned that game, I might say Neverwinter, which is simple to understand and learn, and should be easy enough for anyone to play.
For a laid-back game:
Final fantasy 14 has full controller support for the PC. I have my DS4 controller working wirelessly with it.
It's fantastic, really - especially on the big screen. It's a hybrid between WoW and GW:2 gameplay wise. Not quite a button masher like GW:2, but you'll find yourself moving around and dodging things quite often.
Plus it's cross-server with PS3 (and soon to be PS4) users. The controller just works so well with it.
