Klipsch do a range of proffesional cinema speakers, their reference sereis are good too. Bowers and Wilkens Nautalis and Signiture Diomond are good too. You should set us a budget first ;)

How much do you want to spend between speakers and receiver? The quality of speakers you should get is directly related to the amp you get.

Ugh, I try not to judge speakers too much "by number" (because honestly, saying your frequency response is 20-20k isn't that useful) but one number speaks for itself with almost all Logitech speakers:

THD = 10%

Logitech Spec page

For not much more money you can EASILY get a system that aims to be around 1% and sometimes < 1%. THD stands for total harmonic distortion, and it actually CAN be perceived pretty easily, so stay away from Logitech.

@TC, a budget would be nice. A list of what kind of inputs you're going to have would be good too.

Yes... a budget is always good. I'd recommend Pioneer for under 350 dollars. If money is no problem then this gentleman's recommendations will do.

Yeah, before we can recommend anything, we need a budget, and information about the application, so computer, gaming, cinema, and how big the room it is going to be installed in is. Also, would stereo music playing be a factor, because that could be important. We need to know what amps would suit you and the speakers too.

Myself, i have the Logitech z5500s, but thats because im a poor student, who wanted a big sub, 6ch pc input and DTS decoding in one package
