CPU overclocked? If not, get a good cooler and overclock it. Maybe a larger SSD and maybe replace the house-fire card for something current gen.

I vote for getting a second/better monitor (something along the lines of a 21-24in IPS), a GPU upgrade, or a bigger SSD, (at least 128GB if not 200GB+)

Maybe stick a nice cooler on the 480 and OC it and your CPU.

i'm gonna have to say the house-fire card as well. Performance of gtx 480 is great but the heat and amount of power that requires i will suggest changing it . Something like a gtx 670 would be great
