If you find this game boring, you might as well put 99.9% of the FPS's down the drain too because Half-Life 2 is the cream of the crop.
Uhh no FarCry and Doom 3 were all more satisfying. Its a level above Fear tho

this is exactly what i thought because i played through all the HL1 games (opposing force, Hl1 and blue shift) and it was amazing but with HL2 ive played it but not enjoyed it as much probably because i dont play offlien anymore im 100 multiplayer now.

So you like monster closets, do you? Look, you can think whatever you like. But don't think you've stumbled on some great truth that everyone else on earth has somehow missed. HL2 is a fantastic game. Perhaps not as good as the first one (only because it isn't necessarily as ground-breaking), but easily better than Far Cry, and far better than Doom 3. Far Cry was a great game in its time, but Doom 3 was mediocre from the start. Good graphics, formulaic gameplay. For some reason you didn't care for HL2, but everyone else in the world did. And that makes it good, whether you thought so or not.
