Anyone getting Two Worlds?

Two Worlds seems to be overshadowed all the Bioshock hype. The game look like a pretty good RPG. There arent many traditional RPGs around since Gothic 3. Hopefully there is a demo for this game, I like to play it and see how Two World is like.

After watching some vids it's definitely one I'm looking out for. But I'm definitely going to wait for some reviews or demos before I go out and buy the thing

I've been waiting for this one for a while. I'm surprised there isn't much talk about it. If it gets a decent review I'm sure it will spark more interest. The world looks nice, the item and creature base is impressive, and it has multiplayer. It's a must have for me.

I thought that game came out a while ago in Europe or something? And it got pretty bad reviews.DarKre

Yes, thats what I heard as well. I believe some player reviews are up as well.

I believe it got pretty bad review initially becuase they basically released a beta to the european market. But according to the forums, the game has recieved MAJOR bug fixes, and even new content/game mechanics based on player request. Also, there is one more patch comming, that is 300mb that is supposed to fix the remaining issues. The bulk of what I have read leads me to believe many people are having lots of fun with the game, even if it was marred by bugs. If the US release fixes these and improves the gameplay, I will get it.

I have had my eye on this game for some time, and will most likely get it. And trust me, if I say it's good, that means it is good!!!!! :P

i downloaded it the whole game cant tell u where, and honestly it sucks,the gfx arnt good at all, looks like a 2 year old game, the gameplay is bad seriously, i wont buy it,its bad,oblivion is better.

Except this game has NOTHING to do with Oblivion. It's more of a Gothic meets Diablo type game. And the graphics sucks? Maybe it's your computer that stinks? Sure, they are not cutting edge, but the screens certainly do not "suck".

yea thats what i tought the screens look good but the game doesnt, and i run it on max everything enabled,and also downloaded all the patches and still looks bad for me,have 2 gigs of ram and 8800 gts btw.

So are you saying the game looks different then the in-game screen shots? Doesn't make sense...I mean...they are in game screen shots. And from what I have read on the forums, ALOT of people say it looks great. Something doesn't make sense here...

And the graphics certainly DO NO SUCK. To me, it looks VERY much like Gothic III.Which of course had many flaws, but was still avery enjoyable game.

You want a great rpg with excellent melee and mounted combat? All within a sid meir's pirates! sort of world where you go to different towns and you can recruit for your army and the battles are fully 3D with your army beside you? Then I suggest trying Mount & Blade, it is developed by a husband and wife team called ironically enough Taleworlds. It's been in development for a long time, they are up to .801 in the beta. The game has really good mounted combat that makes one wonder why people haven't gotten it right before. It is shareware, it will let you play until you hit lvl 6 and then you have to buy it. You can also lvl another character to 6. I bought it as soon as I hit 6 because I knew that if any game deserved my money it is was this one made by a small independent developer. I can easily say this is one of the best games I have played recently, better then alot of the blockbuster games coming out today that cost millions. I highly suggest at least trying it for free.Citan76

I have played that, and it is fun. But if people are already complaing that Two World's graphics are crappy, I can't imagine what they would say about Mount & Blade. Not to mention the combat that is VERY unforgiving and takes some getting used to.
