anyone knows the name of this game?

I played this game about 10 years ago,

 so I can't really describe it well, but I really want to play it again.

so, there is a young wizard or magician, and his girlfriend was kidnapped by aliens or something.

this young magician tries to get his girlfriend back. this game was one of the early full 3d games.

the young magician could attack with gun,magic, and punching. He looks funny but cute.

he has only a few hair or may not have hair at all. 

 There is a dragon which the magician can ride.

the game style is like gta3. when you hit someone, he or she cries or run away, except your enemies.

When you first start the game, you start in a small town, where there are some cows and mountains.

 I really can't describe it more,

That is exactly the game I was thinking he was describing.

Oh nostalgic feelings are arising, lol, I think I'll pop it in and give it another whirl, I am pretty sure I never did actually finish it either :oops:
