If you have played the PC version please give me some feedback about either one of them
I prefer asking fellow GS users as reviews can be pretty biased sometimes and could give the wrong ratings

It may be a poor way of looking at things, but it is about 90% accurate predictor. Name 3 games in the last year that have been multiplatform and stacked up the games that were primarily developed on the PC. Darksiders would be better on a console because of the controls and it is a fairly good game. Dead Rising looks like a cross between RE and L4D with more humor and sub-par visuals and multiplayer.SerOlmyWell i have a 360 controller for my pc so that wont make a difference lol
Darksiders is a port, but a good one. The game itself is like a more action focused zelda game (puzzles arent quite as good though), its quite good.
Dead Rising 2 is a multiplatform game, it plays fine with gamepad or keyboard and mouse. It plays and looks much better than either console version due to the fact its not a port, throw on 8x multisampling and see what I mean. The game itself is very unique, its a sorta open world game in a mall filled with zombies. Its very creative with the ways you can kil zombies and you can level up. Some people rag on it because of the survivor ai, but the secret is you dont have to save them. Some people hate the save system, but I love it because it adds a level of stress and urgency not present in most games.
Darksiders: Mouse/keyboard controls work good and can be customized. The character looks a little weird when running around.. You can see that the game was designed for a controller. There are absolutely no graphics settings, except resolution, which sucks, but thankfully it runs good on my comp. I get framerate drops at random times for absolutely no reason, though, which usually can be fixed by saving the game. Weird.
Overall, it seems like a good game, and a pretty good port.
