I'd say it is very doubtful. They have already announced Starcraft II and the new WOW game, the addition of another game in development would seem a bit much for Blizzard.
they are working on a next gen mmo ..expansions for wow and scII..i have to wonder what else they could do..the games might start to overlap and take each others revenue
they have to be doing an MMOFPS, they said something totally new, and BLIZZARD is smart. They look at what has not been succesfully done, MMOFPS, none have really been huge. All these other companies just go "oh look! mmos make money!!" and bam a good handful of cheap mmos come out. Instead of looking what hasn't done very well... or an mmorts which really hasn't been done widely.
I doubt Blizzard wants to shift attention from SCII to some other game that's even futher off. I doubt we'll see an announcement of anything besides MMO stuff coming out of Blizz HQ until after SCII is done.
I have a feeling Blizzard will either wait until E3 2008 or shortly after the releae of starcraft II they will announce Diablo III or Warcraft IV. Maybe Blizzard will make an all new franchise which would be interesting if they do.
Well if they announce and only if, then it's easy to say what game because I think that Blizzard still got some old school guys in there and they respect their fans so I would say it would be Warcraft III and why is that well, they have already said that they will continue the serier.
