Anyone who has played the Godfather...

i noticed in the walkthroughs it says to tool up with "extra health points or potions" where can i find these?

im trying to take the Barzini compound and cant do it! please help!

Bad guys will also occasionally drop health "potions" which will restore you to full health (or you can buy them at a local hospital or pharmacy on the map).

But if you're early in the game, I wouldn't try taking down a compound until you've significantly upgraded your skills and weapons.  Build yourself up so that you can get the Level 3 Assassin's pistol.  That gun alone will make you a one-man army.
