Read the input lag on this thing was bad, but I was wondering if anyone has had any personal experience with this tv. Is it really that bad or doable?

If your okay with 5-6 frames of input lag which is like 80ms-100ms of input lag. Personally for mouse and keyboard gaming I wouldn't use anything that has more then 1 frame of input lag for a main display If even that I'm pretty sure everything I've used as a main monitor has been sub 1 frame of input lag. I'll notice it and would annoy me and ultimately negativatly effect how well I play to have to game like that or even just navigate the desktop. 5-6 is defiantly way to much for M/KB gaming or PC use in general imo.
That said I personally I don't notice it as much nor does it bother me as much when playing with a gamepad even playing 30fps console games which are naturally less responsive then console or pc games running at 60fps or even higher in the case of PC. Altough I'm not sure if the t.vs I played on that iput lag had as much input lag as the ST60 5-6 frames. Seems like a great t.v otherwise but thats the one caveat holding it back. People suspect it has to do with all the smart t.v apps running in the background and only having a 1 core proccesor in the t.v which if true sucks that people like me who would never use them can't uninstall them and get a more responsive t.v with less input lag for gaming.

I ended up getting the Panasonic 50GT60 and the lag is non existant, i think its 20ms compared to 50-60 on the st60, i was lucky since it has the same input lag as the VT65/VT60 and ZT65/ZT60. And they had the price wrong. I got the 50" version for 1100 euros or 1450 dollars.Read the input lag on this thing was bad, but I was wondering if anyone has had any personal experience with this tv.
