APB Seems really fun but if it's just those "Protect X from spray" "Spray X" "Stop X from delivering package" then it's going to be boring very fast I quess?

I was on the beta and it was just awful. A very very very poor man's version of gta. The only thing it had going for it was that it was subscription free. So they decided to introduce fees :roll:

Just realised the awesome group part of the game which now makes it much better, can imagine it being really fun with 3 friends, but sucription fees? Ugh, they need to be REALLY low it it's going to succed then.

Well you're using their servers which are gonna end up under high load just like every other MMO soooo... someone's gotta get paid.Mystic-G

Well, yes, I understand WHY they're charging but that doesn't change the fact that they used the term "subscription free MMO" to "sell" their game until very recently. I don't do subscription fees, if I'd known from the start, I wouldn't have even wasted my time on the beta :D

I played this at the PAX East. It felt just like San Andreas Multiplayer.

I am skipping this one.

It reminds me a lot of GTA multiplayer. I dont see the point in paying a sub for that.bonafidetk

I still think there is a lot of potential in this title and a Beta isn't always "fun" remember that. The thing I do agree with is that I can't see this being worth a sub.
