Should be just fine, yes. You might want a power supply to run them all, and a hard drive would be handy if you plan on using that operating system, and a case would be better than leaving your parts lying around, but other than that, the stuff you have will all work together.

drop the ram to ddr2 800, get a sli board, and buy a second 8800 gt. now your cooking with charcoal :P
