are the graphics on ut3 as good as gears of war?

i just saw the review and i was expecting a better score but it didnt get the 9 or an editors choice, i havnt played the game but it looks like it should have gotten higher.

anyway gears of war got a 9.0 on the pc and an editors choice. i liked gears but ut 3 looks like a game that i would enjoy a lot more, with the crazy online modes and the way everything is so fast (which reminds me of wolfenstein). from the videos i have seen of gamespot the graphics dont look as nice as gears (but i did play gears of war on full screen with a high resolution)

are the graphics as good or better than gears?

and if anyone has played the game whats the single player mode like? the review went into detail with the online but not much with the single player? is it long or short? is the story any bit interesting?

Many will hate me for saying this but I found Gears to be a better visual experience maybe because of artstyle. UT3 looks great but overall Gears takes my vote.OoSuperMarioO

It's weird that you say that because when I first played UT3, I thought they were trying to copy GoW's art style. It might have just been the map I was on (the one with the War of the Worlds robot in the demo), but it seemed like an fps version of Gears of War. Graphically, anyway.
