Are the steam servers still slow today??

Yeah im trying to download and im only getting an average of 90-200kb/s, its mega ultra turbo megatron slow, is steam still on overload mode from this massive sale??

Yep. Expect it to be like that until the end of the sale at least.

I think I figured out the reason for the slow Steam servers, Go to Settings---->Downloads-----> and check where your DL'ing off of, for me they were set to D.C., which is way off from where I live, I changed it to a city Mythomniac

Even though, generally, that is a good way to speed up download speed, the slow speeds people have been complaining about this weekend are surely from the sales and the massive amount of people downloading because of them.

Steam is a bit off for me. It says on the graph that I'm getting 508 kb/s but over to the left it says 250 kb/s. Silly Steam.
