Are there any good old games that could run with this video card?

I have Mobile Intel(R) HD Graphics. I know this card sucks for gaming but are there any good old or indie games that it could run?

Install DosBox and enjoy some classics :D

Btw minecraft will run but only at the lower graphics settings. My laptop's HD 4250 gets 40-60 fps @ 1366x768, max settings so an older Intel GPU will struggle.

Intel HD graphics aren't old. Its roughly on par with your 4250 with the newer HD2000 and HD3000 siblings on par with the desktop HD3450 and HD4550.

Sorry. I read "old games" and somehow my brain also added "old" to Intel graphics. I imagined a GMA 950 or something

my bad.

I still recommend classic DOS games though :D

Anything UnrealEngine1-based would be a safe bet. Perhaps Battlefield 1942/Vietnam too. (Battlefield 2 would be pushing it, though.) I'd draw the cutoff at around 2002-2003 for most commercial releases, though there are a few games released since then that hardly touch the GPU and demand lots of CPU performance, like Cortex Command. (Mostly indie stuff, though.)
