Are there any gpu's that require 2 8pin pcie power connectors?

Just asking.....I want to get the cheapest power supply i can. And i never intend on running dual gpu's ......i was wondering if i should get a power supply with a 6 pin and a 8pin power connector.

best bang for buck psu, should handle any single gpu for only $70

and yes, the 6990 and gtx 590 has 2 8 pins. but they are dual gpus.

Antec makes very nice quality PSUs. Whatever you do...don't skimp. If you spend a little more and get a quality supply, you can get some great construction quality and good quality parts, along with a very long warrenty. Antec, Silverstone, etc...spend more rather than on something cheap. You can thank me later. ;)

Case and PSU are some of the components that you shouldn't skimp on as they will typically outlast most of your other parts.
