Also is it ok to use a 37' Samsung HDTV with a PC? Game mode enabled.. will it be worth it compared to a 360/PS3? :)

this will all work fine, I use my pc connected to my tv for gaming. I reccomend getting the microsoft wireless gaming reciever so you can sit back and use a 360 controller while gaming. you can get em < $10 on ebay and they work great.

Yeah thats a good build.But if I was you get a Cooler master 690 II nvidia edition.

On the Motherboard specs it says maximum graphics adapter 1696MB is supported, is this the GPU Vram or something completely difference?

I would personally get a better motherboard, putting an i5 and a 670 into something like that is just cheaping out. Get a better one if you want to overclock well and have a more stable rig. And drop the PSU to 550W, you dont need 650W for a single card system these days.
