hey, I just overclocked my Q6600 to 3.0 GHZ and with TAT im getting temps of 43-45C idle temps and in workloads of 100 percent, and when i hit it on 90 percent workload it goes in the 60Cs, is that also normal?

Load temp seems a bit high, but you are OCing after all. I'd say you're fine honestly.
What kind of heatsink you using on your CPU? Is it seated properly and what kind of thermal paste are you using?

And the temps of the cores range from 51-67c. but as long as it's not going into the 80s/90s, im good , right?
Your idle temps seem OK, how high in the 60's do your temps go?
I have a Freezer 7 Pro and a Q6600 @ 2.9Ghz (Wont go any higher; DAMN mobo! lol) and I idle at around 33/c and work under load at 45/c.
What is your ambient temp and is your case airflow good?

Mid 60s, if its kept on the load it just barely hits 70
Download and install Prime95 (which basically stresses your processor and tests for stability) from here;

Be sure to leave the test running for as long as possible, and monitor your temperatures whilst you test.

Well I use TAT, is that ok?
72/c??? That doesn't seem stable. I would call the people who fitted the heatsink for you and ask if they properly applied thermal paste and seated the heatsink/fan correctly.
You should be fine with an Antec 900 case as the airflow is superb; but you can adjust the fan speed. If you open the case, there should be a switch in there that wil allow you to control the speed.
Also, I recommend running the Prime95 program as it tells you if there is any errors.
