Are these voltages safe?

Ok, I've hit a landmark - I've managed to boot (and currently type this message) in Windows Vista 64 Ultimate on:

Intel Core 2 Duo E8600 @ 4.0GHz
OCZ Reaper HPC 1600MHz @ 1600MHz(!) 7-7-7-24
CPU : RAM strap 1 : 4 CPU333

It hasn't crashed as of yet, which is great. However, I'm worried about these voltages:

vcore is at 1.45v
NB is at 1.5v
SB is at 1.688v
vtt is at 1.5v
RAM is at 2.2v(!)

As you can probably tell, the voltages that worry me are the southbridge and the RAM particularly. The RAM's "recommended" voltage is 1.9v - but it refused to run at 1600MHz at this voltage, no matter how much I twiddled the timings around. I don't think the RAM should run too hot, because of the Reaper heatpipe cooling system, and it being inside an Antec Nine Hundred with plenty of air blowing around. The bridges, I'm not so sure about. I don't want to destroy my new motherboard or RAM - I really can't afford to replace them! I'm using the tiny fan on the northbridge, there is one fan in the front of the case (two, but one's broken), one at the rear, one at the side (all three are 120mm TriCools) and the exhaust fan at the top. I've tried using SpeedFan, CPU-Z and Everest to monitor my temps on the bridges, but apparently they don't recognise my board. Core Temp still tells me my CPU is at 38 degs/38 degs idle, but it does increase when I run wPrime - so I don't think the temperature is stuck or the sensor is faulty.

I would begin Prime95 testing, but I don't want the components to explode. Are these voltages safe for my kit on air cooling? Am I about to waste a LOT of money? :(

You might get a faster and more accurate answer at a dedicated overclocking forum.
