ARMA mission editor

i have troulbe trying to get a squad in a UH60 and then telling that UH60 to take them somewhere and drop them off. Usually the chopper leaves and goes to the waypoint without them and sometime the squad gets in the chopper and the chopper doesn't take off also how do u put stuff like sandbags on the map.
