Assassin's Creed is fun in short bursts, but got pretty repetitive after a while. I never actually beat it...i just ran around and cut everyone up since i found that much more fun than actually following the storyline. Mirror's Edge was a nice breath of fresh air, i loved the design and controls. The best feeling was pulling off a run flawlessly.
Mirror's Edge is far superior. While it is somewhat short, it has much better atmosphere. Assassin's Creed ruins the immersion with all those interminably long cutscenes that put you actually in the future on some VR rig. Bleh. Plus the controls for Assassin's Creed are wonky and non-intuitive. Completely the opposite for Mirror's Edge where everything just flows so smoothly.
Assassin's Creed is a great game with a great story ,and the controls r fine. Mirror's edge is a good game ,but it's too short .I don't say that i didn't like it but if u have to choose ,then it's AC
I can't speak for Mirror's Edge because I haven't played it, but Assassin's Creed sucks. It is repetitive as hell, has a crap ending, and no replay value.
I prefer Assassin Creed It's great game ever, ending may be confuse but story line so excitement and one more thing Assassin Creed 2 will be coming soon:D
Assassin's creed is way more fun, it's an open world, u can go where ever you wanna go, you can climb on the buildings and you can also ride a horse to travel from place to place. Now mirror's edge is also a nice game but AC is way more better.
Assassin's Creed > Mirrors Edge Period. And with the upcoming sequel on the horizon... Let's just say no contest. You can try 'intuitive new controls' on any game, but see how that worked out for Too Human? THIS IS WHY WE CAN'T HAVE NICE THINGS.
I personally found AC much better, though I played both of these games on PS3. I couldn't get enough AC. It's a long game, and I played the hell out of it for a few days until I beat it. There's lots of stuff to do.. the world is incredibly immersive due to the graphics and design and style of the game. It really does an amazing job of drawing you in. The controls are fantastic and very intuitive, combat is really damn fun... the only serious negatives are the repetitive quests and the open-ended... ending.
I played Mirror's Edge for a few hours and while it's kinda cool, I didn't really get into it at all. The controls are just "okay", the world is kind of interesting, but overall the game just isn't that fun.
Mirrors edge for me. Although assasins creed is about twice as long as ME it got repatitve and boring after 2 hours of gameplay while the 7hours of mirrors edge were fun as hell
