My assassins creed 3 lag alot. ihave hd 4350 and blackbox version. My friend has same gpu and can run d game flawlessly!!!! even in boston on 1280x1024 all low any help?
AC3 runs fine on my pc on the ship but once off it i cant get above 14 fps. My 6870 handles it fine but my intel core 2 due e8200 just cant cope at stock speed, its running at 100%.

First question: Did you buy the game or did you download it???
Don't wanna be an ass but your system is not up to speed to play this game smoothly. both your dual core pentium and your 4350 are very outdated. best thing to do in order to verfy my suggestion is to:
1.completely wipe your hard drive
2.install a fresh copy of your OS along with all UPDATED drivers
3.install ACIII and play it on 720p with everything on low
If you still have trouble then it's your hardware.
